Cause
This is a how-to, not a fault: a new camera needs to be added to your site and calibrated before detections are reliable.
Resolution
- Mount the camera with a clear view of the area you want monitored, then connect it to power and network.
- Add the camera to your site in seeo so it appears with a live view.
- Allow the calibration period to complete — calibration tunes detection to this camera's angle, height, and lighting.
- Assign the camera to the detection rules that should cover it.
Verification
The camera shows live video, reports calibrated, and a walk-through test produces a correct detection.
Escalate if
Calibration does not complete, or detections stay unreliable after it — seeo support will review the mounting angle and lighting.
