Cause
The video stream from the camera dropped and did not automatically reconnect; the camera itself is usually fine.
Resolution
- Power-cycle the camera and wait two minutes for it to reconnect.
- Confirm the network cable is seated at both ends.
- Confirm the switch port shows a link light.
- If it is still offline, reboot the switch port the camera is on.
Verification
The camera tile shows live video again and stays connected for an hour.
