Symptoms
- You want to see your cameras and events laid out on your warehouse floor plan rather than as a list
Cause
This is a how-to, not a fault: facilities view places cameras and activity on your site's floor plan once the plan is set up.
Resolution
- Open your site and switch to facilities view.
- If a floor plan is set up, your cameras appear in position on it — select any camera to see its live view and recent events.
- If the view is empty, the floor plan has not been added for this site yet: ask your seeo administrator or seeo support to add it.
Verification
The floor plan renders with your cameras in their physical positions.
Escalate if
The plan is outdated or cameras are positioned wrongly — seeo support can update it.
