This is a how-to, not a fault: events can be shared directly so safety conversations happen around the actual footage.
Resolution
- Open the event you want to share.
- Use the event's share action.
- Choose the recipient or copy the share link.
- Add a sentence of context — what you want them to look at — and send it.
Verification
The recipient confirms they can open the event and see the same clip and details.
Escalate if
The recipient cannot open the shared event even though they have seeo access.
